Reduce Your Fees with Taste of East Cobb Discount Cards!

 

We have an exciting new fundraiser to build your student account for next year!  We will be selling Taste of East Cobb Restaurant Discount Cards!

 

The cards will be sold for $30, and half the proceeds will go to the student's account to be used for future fees and trips. The discounts can be applied daily (once/day) throughout 2025!

What you need to know to sell the cards:

  • ALL CARDS will be purchased through the band website/membership toolkit. The cards are durable, and the discounts can be applied as often as once each day throughout 2025!
  • NOTE to 8th grade families: You must be signed up for 2025 marching band to participate in this program. If you plan to do marching band but not go on the London trip, contact presidents@waltonband.org - we'll help you get signed up!
 

There are three options:

 

Option 1 (Sell first then order cards based on sales): 

Students can pre-sell the cards THEN purchase the cards they need based on their sales and deliver to their customers. Flyers for tracking and selling will be available in the band room after break, or you can print the flyer HERE.

 

Option 2 (Purchase cards then sell them or gift them):

Families can purchase cards first and sell their on-hand stock directly. They also make great gifts for friends and family!

Once families purchase card(s), they will be delivered to students in class or guard practice unless otherwise arranged. 

 

Option 3 (Allow supporters to purchase directly in online store): 

Potential supporters can go directly to an online store to make their card purchase or make a donation. Students would still handle delivery of cards purchased on their behalf. A donation to band through this option would be split the same as a card purchase.


IMPORTANT: If you choose Option #3, make sure the supporter knows to include your name on the store so we'll know whose account to credit!

This is a great way to save for: 

     * the London trip, 

     * this year's senior trip, 

     * other band fees - including winter guard!

 

The card will be durable and the size of a credit card.
